Small Group Personal Training at Lift

We are now taking bookings for June. Starting on Monday, 5th June we're running a four-week programme at Lift. You'll get three one-hour group personal training sessions each week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. You'll also get one-on-one nutritional and exercise advice and support at every turn! If you're interested, drop us a email at - the four-week programme is €160. It's going to be a super small group and spaces are limited, so get in early to secure your space.
