Aisling Daly PT

Aisling qualified as a personal trainer from the National Training Centre in 2013. Aisling began her career in sport at a young age but her professional mixed martial arts career began in 2007 where over the years she had the good fortune of being coached by a number of high level trainers including Lift mentor Eoin Lacey (who encouraged her to become a trainer) John Connor of the Irish Strength Institute and Lindsey Doyle of The Lab.

Aisling's previous career has given her many tools as a trainer. She takes a diligent and conscientious approach which is very client focused, supporting  each person as they achieve their goals. Each program is highly individualised encompassing resistance training, mobility and nutrition, which can be sport specific if required.

Training to Aisling is about much for that aesthetics or sports performance it's about long term health and longevity for everyone, giving your body and mind the best chance possible of dealing with what life throws at it.

As well as being Ireland's first MMA world champion Aisling is also Ireland's first female Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt which she earned in 2016. Aisling also coaches private lessons and group classes in BJJ.'
