CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

Tempo Pilates

Tempo Pilates at LIFT is a fun yet intense mat work Pilates class with upbeat music. Turn up the tempo on Pilates to transform this popular 20th Century training system to satisfy the modern (wo)man.

 

Strong(wo)man

Lift Strong(wo)man classes, the objective is to drop as much body fat as possible whilst building functional lean muscle. Strong(wo)man classes are open to all levels of fitness, everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes will be challenged by this type of training. 

Power Pilates

Pilates at LIFT with a difference - not for the faint-hearted. Power Pilates is all about controlled, powerful movements with an emphasis on strengthening core muscles. This class will focus on core and postural muscles, including butt, abs and back, working to give great spinal alignment and postural improvement.
 

Hypertrophy

Hypertrophy at LIFT will get you lean, toned and fit. Using barbells with low repetitions, Hypertrophy will give you a total body workout using every muscle group. Helping you feel stronger, fitter and leaner. Prepare to sweat!!
