Lift squad

STRONG CLASS (Mon,Wed,Fri)

Our Strong classes are where raw strength and smart conditioning come together to support long-term health, confidence, and capability. 

Originally inspired by strongman-style training, these sessions have evolved to focus on building real-world strength and muscle, while also helping you stay energised and physically prepared for whatever life throws your way. Expect a mix of heavy lifts, functional carries, tempo work, and hypertrophy-based movements - paired with short bursts of conditioning to keep your body moving well and feeling strong.

We’re here to lift with intention, not ego. That’s why we don’t have mirrors - just good coaching, progressive programming, and a setting where you can focus on your own progress, with others doing the same. All bodies, all experience levels, all welcome.

Sweat Circuit

Our Sweat Circuit classes are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving - with purpose.

These full-body conditioning sessions combine weights, machines and energizing formats to keep things fresh, fun, and effective. But this isn’t about pushing to extremes or chasing exhaustion. It’s about building a strong heart, resilient muscles, and the kind of energy that supports you in everyday life.
Each class is designed to support both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, improve stamina, and encourage healthy movement patterns - all in a welcoming, inclusive space that celebrates all bodies, all identities, and all fitness levels.


LIFTSQUAD (Saturday 10am)

Our LIFTSquad classes are all about building real, lasting strength in a supportive, community-driven setting.

Using barbells, dumbbells, and low-rep, high-quality lifts, these sessions are designed to help you build lean muscle, improve overall strength, and move with confidence. Every class targets all the major muscle groups through smart, purposeful programming - so you’re not just lifting more, you’re lifting better.

It’s not about how heavy you go - it’s about showing up, working hard, and supporting each other. Whether you’re new to lifting or have been training for years, this class will meet you where you’re at, helping you feel strong, steady, and ready for whatever life throws your way.


Group LIFT

Group Lift is our small group strength training course designed to help you build confidence, consistency, and real, long-lasting strength. Run over four or five weeks (monthly), this focused programme offers two small-group classes per week - available in early morning or evening slots to suit your schedule. These sessions are structured lifting days, where you’ll follow a progressive plan focused on form, function, and building strength in a supportive environment.

Working in a smaller group means more personalised coaching, a strong sense of accountability, and a chance to learn the “why” behind what you’re doing. You’ll move with intention, build muscle, and develop strength that supports you in and out of the gym. By the end of the block, you'll feel stronger and have a better sense of what your body can actually do.


Powerlift

PowerLIFT is our small-group course designed to help you improve your technique, build strength, and lift with confidence across the three classic powerlifting movements: squat, bench, and deadlift.
Over the course of this focused block, you'll follow a progressive plan that balances technical development with strength building—whether you're new to powerlifting or working toward a personal best. We’ll focus on refining your form, understanding your body’s mechanics, and developing the skills you need to approach heavier lifts with control and confidence.
After 10 weeks, you’ll have the option to test your one-rep max. But this isn’t about chasing big lifts for show - it’s about moving well, building trust in your ability, and finding strength you can feel proud of.


MOBILITY FLOW

Mobility Flow is a guided movement class designed to help you build strength, control, and a deeper awareness of how your body moves.

Unlike flexibility - which is simply how far you can stretch - mobility is about having the control and strength to move into and out of positions with ease. This class helps you build that kind of movement: strong, steady, and supported.
Blending mobility work, gentle strength, breathwork, and mindful flow, you’ll improve joint strength, improve how your body feels and functions, and move more comfortably - whether you’re exercising, working, or just going about your day.

Class numbers are kept small so our coaches can give you more focused attention, helping you move safely, explore your range with confidence, and adjust exercises to suit your body.
