Strong (wo)man Classes
Lift Strong (Wo)man classes are open to men and women. The objective is to drop body fat while, building functional, lean muscle. Strong (Wo)man classes are open to all levels of fitness, everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes will be challenged by this type of training.
Hypertrophy at Lift will help you get lean, toned and fit. Hypertrophy focuses on using barbells and low repetitions to give you a total body workout using every muscle group. After class, you’ll feel stronger, fitter and leaner - but be prepared to sweat!!
Power pilates Classes
Pilates at Lift is focused on controlled, powerful movements with an emphasis on strengthening core muscles. This class will focus on core and postural muscles; including your butt, abs, and back. Pilates at Lift will help you improve your posture and spinal alignment.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a weights-based class designed to chisel and define your body. Lift isn’t currently offering this class, but keep your eyes out for when it rejoins our schedule!
This intensive powerlifting course focuses on two keys elements; lifting technique and maximum weight. The three main powerlifting lifts are bench, squat, and deadlift and our structured program aims to guide you to maximum success. We’re here to guide you through the essential technical skills needed to break through lifting plateaus and to build the confidence to reach your personal one-rep maximum weight.
