An Introduction to Our Studio Classes & Group LIFTing

These classes will help you get lean, toned and fit. Focusing on low repetitions using barbells and dumbbells, these power sessions give you a total body workout using every muscle group.

After class, you’ll feel stronger, fitter and leaner - but be prepared to sweat and most importantly have the craic!


INTERVALS & Core

LIFT's Intervals & Core classes improve your aerobic and anaerobic systems without the use of heavy weights

This cardio class will help you burn fat, detoxify, and win at life...or just help you climb up the stairs without being out of breath!


STRONG (WO)MAN

Our Strong (Wo)Man classes are a type of metabolic conditioning that combines strength training and cardio at varying levels of intensity.

These sessions are designed to train all three of your body’s energy systems; phosphagen, glycolytic, and oxidative, conditioning your body to use energy from each system to achieve maximum endurance.


Group LIFT

A four or five week block of three classes per week, with the option of either early morning or evening classes. In a small group environment, two classes per week will focus on structured lifting, while a third is dedicated to cardio intervals, giving you a rounded fitness programme which will build muscle and burn fat.


Group Powerlift

This intensive Powerlifting course focuses on two keys elements; lifting technique and maximum weight. The three main powerlifting lifts are bench, squat, and deadlift and our structured program aims to guide you to maximum success. We’re here to guide you through the essential technical skills needed to break through lifting plateaus and to build the confidence to reach your personal one-rep maximum weight.


Power Pilates

Pilates at LIFT is focused on controlled, powerful movements with an emphasis on strengthening core and postural muscles. These include your butt, abs, and back. Pilates at LIFT will help you improve your posture and spinal alignment.
