Our Personal Training sessions offer focused, one-to-one or partner coaching tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your pace.
Whether you're new to training, coming back after a break, or working toward something specific, we’re here to help you build strength, stay accountable, and train with purpose.
Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute formats, with flexible block options of 5 or 10.

Satellite Training and Online Personal Training
Satellite Training or Online PT is our coaching service for those who want structure, support, and results - without needing to be in the gym several times a week.
You’ll start by meeting with a coach - either in person at our Smithfield studio or online - for a focused one-to-one session. Together, you’ll assess where you’re at, outline your goals, and build a tailored training plan that fits your routine, experience level, and preferred training space.
This isn’t off-the-shelf online programming. It’s a strategic, hands-on approach that gives you the structure, tools, and accountability to train effectively, wherever you are. With regular check-ins, plan updates, and ongoing access to your coach for everything from technique tweaks to nutrition guidance, you’ll stay on track and progressing with purpose.
It’s a smart, flexible option for those who want expert guidance without the time commitment of weekly PT.

Whether you’re looking for a quick check-in during class, want to chat through things with your coach in a 1:1 session, or prefer to book a dedicated consultation, we’re here to help. From reviewing a food diary to discussing recovery, stress, or sleep, our advice is always practical, judgment-free, and tailored to your lifestyle and habits. What you do outside the gym plays just as big a role as what you do in it and we’re happy to help with every step of the process.
