Encouragement And Motivation

You may have a preconception about gyms; that everyone is a pro athlete and your lack of experience will stick out like a sore thumb. This really is not the case. Gyms, including Lift Training Studios are full of people from all walks of life and fitness levels. That is what makes group training so amazing! It allows us to give each other encouragement and motivation to keep bettering ourselves in a fun and safe environment. We’re all in this together!

Atmosphere

There really are few atmospheres that can rival that of small group personal training. The banter, chats and openness to work with each other can make you progress much faster than you might at home or on your own in the gym. That is not to say that one-on-one training is not effective. We find, if budget allows, that a mix of one-on-one and small group training classes are a great way to reach your goals.

At Lift we offer group training in Dublin via one-to-one sessions, group training online and in the gym. All of our group classes work with the same group of 8 people over the course of a month so you can get to know your fitness buddies and reach your goals together.
