3 Reasons to Brighten Your Friday

1. We’re opening our doors!

I’m excited to announce that the Lift studio will be welcoming back clients on Monday, the 8th of June along with the launch of Phase 2 in the government’s road map to re-opening!

Unfortunately, we can’t resume in studio classes and courses, but we can resume one-on-one personal training sessions.

Keep your eyes on our website for any updates on when small group training in the studio is due to come back.

In the meantime, in order to ensure our success with personal training, we’ve put in place a number of Covid-19 safety precautions.

  • Social Distancing: Only myself and one client will be in the gym at any time in order to ensure the 2m social distancing guidelines can be observed.

  • Hand-washing: We ask that every client washes their hands before and after their session.

  • Sanitation: A 15 minute buffer has been scheduled in between each client to give me time to sanitize and clean equipment.

To help us reach our goals and stay open, please do NOT show up any more than 5 minutes early to your session! Can’t wait to see you soon!

2. We Have New Equipment

Another reason to visit us in the studios, is because we have some fun new equipment - the Inertia Wave.

The Inertia Wave is a new and better alternative to battle ropes. They’re light, durable, and great for metabolic training!

I’ve already put them to good use by incorporating them as finishers into my normal routines and also by building a whole session around them for a cardio-centric focus.

Don’t worry, we haven’t gotten rid of the battle ropes yet, but these are a great addition to our studio and I can’t wait to see what you guys think of them.

I hope you’re excited to get back into the gym to test these out!

3. The Phase 2 Freebie

Last, but not least, the third reason to be excited this Friday afternoon, is because

Lift is giving away FREE 30 MINUTES IN-STUDIO Personal Training sessions

to the first five people who leave a review to be featured on the front page of the website.
